What does Fyllan mean?
Fyllan is pronounced – FILL IN. It means to FILL IN or to FILL UP. Think of filling in a seat, or filling up with food.
Why should I use Fyllan?
It’s all about your time. Saving time and having the peace of mind to know that you have seats waiting for you when you want to come in. You never have to wonder or hope that there are seats available. If you can book the seats, they’re available. The restaurants know you’re coming in, so they will make sure you’ll have a great time.
How can I save money with Fyllan?
Some of the restaurants will run Fyllan special deals. During slower times, many of the restaurants will give a special Fyllan exclusive deal. Example, a free dessert or a free appetizer if you book two or more seats.
Can I cancel my booking?
This is all about commitment. If you can’t commit to showing up, please don’t make a booking. For special circumstances, contact us at support@fyllan.com to see if we can cancel you. Normally, there are no refunds and cancellations.
What happens if I don't spend the entire minimum amount?
Since there will be no refunds of unused funds, you can either be generous and leave the remaining amount as a tip or have another drink or dessert until you have used your entire amount.
How much time do I have to get to my booking time?
The restaurant will only hold your seat for 15 mins past your booking time. Please book a later time to ensure you will be able to arrive within 15 minutes of your booking time. After 15 minutes, seating can not be guaranteed.
If this restaurant doesn't take Fyllan, how do I get them on?
Tell the restaurant you love eating there, but hate the wait. Ask them to contact us at info@fyllan.com to sign up. It only take 15 minutes to sign up. It’s even FREE for them.
I just had a terrible time and my experience was awful. What should I do?
We have a 1-5 star rating system to get feedback for your experience at the restaurant. Feel free to give them ONE star. We use these ratings to remove restaurants that consistently receive low ratings. We don’t want any restaurants on Fyllan that don’t try to deliver the best possible experience.
Is ``meet the chef`` guaranteed?
No, meet the chef is completely at the discretion of the restaurant. We can’t guarantee that the chef is available. You can always call ahead and request to meet the chef during your meal.
Are you adding restaurants all the time?
Yes, our goal is to have as many restaurants on Fyllan as possible.
Is my credit card information really safe?
Yes, your sensitive credit card information is pass through to STRIPE. Stripe is used by some of the top companies in the world including: Facebook, Target, Unicef, NPR, Lyft, Blue Apron.
